1. Provider. GWohnungen.at is operated by Vitalii Perov, Krottenbachstraße 9/4/1, 1190 Vienna, Austria (GISA 40026497). Contact: office@gwohnungen.at, +43 676 6643832 (see the imprint).
2. Service. GWohnungen monitors publicly available flat listings of several Vienna housing cooperatives. The flat list on this website is free and open to everyone. Instant Alerts is a paid subscription that notifies you by email — and by Telegram if you connect it — when a new listing matches the filters you set. GWohnungen is not affiliated with those organisations and gives no entitlement to any particular flat.
3. Free trial. The free trial (currently 7 days) is a one-time introductory offer for first-time subscribers. If you subscribe again after an earlier subscription has ended, no further trial applies and your card is charged when the subscription starts. Whether a trial applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Subscription & price. Thereafter the service costs €8.95 per month, paid by card via Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. A subscription may instead be funded by an activation code, which covers a fixed period and does not renew.
5. Cancellation. Any time from your dashboard or via Stripe. Access already granted runs until the end of the paid period.
6. Withdrawal / refund. This is digital content provided immediately. By activating you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal lapses on full performance. Refunds are handled through Stripe.
7. Liability. Listing data comes from third-party public sources; no warranty is given for accuracy, completeness or availability. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to these terms. We may change these terms where there is a valid reason — for example a change to the service, to our prices, or to legal or regulatory requirements. We will tell you in advance by email, stating what is changing and the date it takes effect. For changes affecting your rights or obligations we give at least 30 days’ notice. If you continue to use the service after that date, the updated terms apply to you. If you do not agree, you may cancel at any time before then at no cost and without notice; access you have already paid for runs to the end of the paid period. Corrections that do not affect your rights or obligations may take effect immediately.
9. Governing law / venue. Austrian law; mandatory consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.
10. Use of this website. The content of this website — the listings as collected, filtered and presented here, together with the texts, images and underlying data — is provided for your own personal use. Automated access, scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, data mining or any other automated processing of this website or its content, and any republication, redistribution or other commercial use of it, are strictly prohibited without our prior explicit written permission. Ordinary search-engine indexing that respects robots.txt is permitted. We may block or restrict access that breaches this clause.
